TAILOR MADE ASSISTANCE CONTRACTS CASTEL sets up internet, remote or on site assistance contracts for its XELLIP, VDIP and MAYLIS ranges. So, whether remotely or directly on site, CASTEL will diagnose and help you maintain your installations.
AFTER-SALE An after-sale department in the factory guarantees the durability of your equipment. All our materials and labour is guaranteed for 1 year. Once this guarantee expires a quotation for a further guarantee is drawn up.
TRAINING Tailor made training programmes for installers and users of our products, either on site or at our premises, are drawn up on request.
